Description:

ateb are seeking to appoint a single experienced principal contractor, who has specific experience in external painting and fugal cleaning works, to deliver planned maintenance to ateb housing stock throughout West Wales. The contractor will be expected to undertake render patch work and other works as requested by ateb. The contractor will work with ateb and our designated supply contractor to achieve our programme. It is the intention of ateb to appoint a single contractor to undertake this requirement.
