Description:

The Isle of Anglesey County Council (IoACC) is seeking to appoint a Contractor to construct a new house at Haulfryn, Llangristiolus, Ynys Môn. The work is to include the demolition and clearance of the existing out-building, construct a new house within the grounds of an existing dwelling with a link extension to it and associated landscaping works all as detailed in the tender documents. The site is constricted. Tender documents may be accessed via the 'documents' tab on sell2wales Questions and requests for clarification must be done via the sell2wales Q&A function. Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales postbox facility by 12:00pm on the 29/11/2024 Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
