Description:: The tender was for a 3-year Term Service Contract NEC 4 with an option to extend for a further one year contract consisting of annual servicing of the existing boiler plant, associated equipment and heating appliances, annual inspections of all internal gas pipes, annual tightness-test and inspection of external LPG pipework and systems and carrying out ONE-OFF gas tightness tests, in the first year of contract, for each relevant site The Contractor must have been Gas Safe registered for all Commercial and Domestic Natural Gas and LPG fuelled boilers and heating appliances and OFTEC registered for similar Oil fuelled systems and maintain memberships for the duration of the contract
