Refurbishment/renovation of first, second and third floor office space into 4 number one bedroom flats and one number two bedroom flat. The refurbishment is to be carried out in accordance with all current Building Regulations to include sprinkler system, fire alarms and emeregency lights and sound proofing between flats. It is also to include refurbishment or replacement of windows as and where necessary and to re-roof the property.
