Nod y comisiwn hwn yw galluogi APCE i gyflwyno cais llwyddiannus i Gronfa Dreftadaeth y Loteri Genedlaethol. Ar hyn o bryd, rhagwelir bydd y prosiect gwerth hyd at £10miliwn. Ynghyd â’r ffurflen gais ei hun (fydd yn cael ei chwblhau gan swyddogion APCE), mae’n ofynnol i APCE gyflwyno nifer o ddogfennau i’r Gronfa Dreftadaeth a rhain fydd allbynau’r comisiwn. Mae Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri yn dymuno apwyntio Tim Dylunio i arwain ar y gwaith hwn, drwy ddatblygu cynlluniau cychwynnol ar sail gweledigaeth APCE, ei bartneriaid a rhanddeiliaid ar gyfer dyfodol Plas Tan y Bwlch. Mae’n hanfodol bod y Tîm yn cydweithio’n agos ac yn gwerthfawrogi’r rhyngberthynas rhwng y gwahanol agweddau o’r comisiwn. 1. Cynllun Busnes: bydd cynllun busnes cynaliadwy a realistig yn allweddol i flaen reolaeth Plas Tan y Bwlch. Mae’n hanfodol bod y cynllun busnes yn ymgorffori blaenoriaethau’r cleient ar gyfer busnes a gweithgaredd ac ethos Parciau Cenedlaethol. Dylid dangos sut bydd yr ymgynghorydd yn ymgysylltu â’r tîm cleient. Fel rhan o’r cynllun busnes, dylid ystyried nifer o opsiynau (gan gynnwys gweledigaeth y cleient), gan gynnwys: ◦ Gofod swyddfa, i’w ddefnyddio fel Pencadlys APCE. Bydd angen asesu’r gofynion o safbwynt y nifer o ddesgiau a’r math o ofod fydd ei angen, ar sail patrymau gwaith ac anghenion busnes. ◦ Gweithgaredd fusnes megis llety, caffi, gweithgareddau, darpariaeth cyrsiau sgiliau, adwerthu, llogi ystafelloedd cyfarfod, digwyddiadau ◦ Incwm eilaidd yn deillio o weithgareddau eraill, e.e. coedlannau, llwybrau a gerddi’r Plas. ◦ Defnydd ynni adnewyddol a chyfleoedd ar gyfer lleihau costau rhedeg y Plas. ◦ Cyfleusterau Cynhadledd, ystafelloedd cyfarfod, gofodau cymunedol, gofod arddangos (gofodau hyblyg, amlddefnydd). ◦ Bydd gofyn i gynllunydd busnes y Tîm Dylunio asesu yn fanwl yr holl gyfleoedd allai fod ar gael. 2. Opsiynau pensaernīol ar gyfer prosiect adfer a datblygu arfaethedig Plas Tan y Bwlch, gan gynnwys creu gofod mewnol ‘open plan’ sy’n sympathetig i’r amgylchedd hanesyddol ar loriau uchaf y prif adeilad a fyddai’n addas ar gyfer cartrefu Pencadlys APCE, gwella mynediad ac uchafu opsiynau ar gyfer defnydd masnachol a dehongli o wahanol ofodau Plas Tan y Bwlch. 3. Opsiynau pensaernīaeth tirweddol ar gyfer adfer a datblygu gerddi hanesyddol cofrestredig Plas Tan y Bwlch, i gynnwys llunio arolwg cyflwr o erddi Plas Tan y Bwlch. 4. Asesiad opsiynau ar gyfer defnydd ynni a chyfleoedd ar gyfer gosod systemau adnewyddadwy a fydd yn lleihau costau rhedeg Plas Tan y Bwlch y tymor hir er enghraifft gosod gwresogi ‘ground source’, lleoliad isadeiledd ‘ground source’, hyfywedd gosod paneli solar o fewn y stad, o bosib wedi’i gefnogi gan system storio ynni batri, er mwyn lleihau ei gostau rhedeg. Bydd yr adroddiad yn cynnwys costau gosod a chostau rhedeg tymor canolig gan anelu at gyrraedd y nod o gynnal Plas Tan y Bwlch fel adeilad hanesyddol sy’n rhedeg gydag allyriadau carbon net sero. 5. Amlinelliad manwl o’r costau. The aim of this commission is to enable the ENPA to submit a successful funding application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund. It is currently expected that the project will cost up to £10million. Along with the application form itself (which will be completed by the ENPA), the Authority is required to submit a series of documents to the Heritage Fund and these will be the commission’s outputs. ENPA is seeking to appoint a Design Team to lead on this work, by producing initial documentation based on the vision of the ENPA, its partners and stakeholder, for the future of Plas Tan y Bwlch. It is essential that the Team collaborates closely and appreciates the interconnection of the various elements of this commission: 1. Business Plan: a sustainable and realistic business plan is key to the future management of Plas Tan y Bwlch. It is imperative that the business plan integrates the client’s priorities for
