The supplier will produce two simple graphic based animated videos in 2D with narration. Each of these videos will be required in the following formats: - English with English subtitles - Welsh with Welsh subtitles Each video o be 3 minutes long. The animated content for each animation will be the same however, the narration will be different - x1 English version and x1 Welsh version.
