Qualifications Wales do not have an internal legal team and have been utilising the NPS Solicitors framework since it was established. This contract has now expired. The replacement Welsh Government framework is Solicitors Services II Reference: WGCD-PS-130-24. Lot 7 Employment Law was used to conduct a further competition 10 suppliers invited. 5 submitted a bid for evaluation. This is a transparency notice to inform the successful supplier is Hugh James and has been awarded a four year contract.
