Conwy County Borough Council were engaging a contractor for the retaining wall that retains Plas Road from Tan yr Ogo Terrace below which was failing and is at risk of collapse. Works will be undertaken to repair the wall and maintain the integrity of the highway above. The primary works were: • Install pressure grouted ground anchors into existing wall • Construct reinforced concrete facing wall on mass concrete foundation
