Description:
- This contract is for the administration of Initial Teacher Education (ITE) incentive grants on behalf of the Welsh Government for the academic year 2026/27. Funding is distributed to eligible students by universities delivering accredited ITE programmes leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Any university that provides an accredited ITE programme (with QTS) to eligible student teachers will be issued with a Grant Award for this purpose and, through receipt of that award, will be eligible to participate as a supplier within this contract framework.
