(Scroll down for English) Mae Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Arfordir Penfro (APCAP) yn paratoi Cynllun Datblygu Lleol 3 newydd (CDLl 3). Bydd y comisiwn yn rhoi gwasanaeth ARhC iteraidd i gefnogi CDLl3 o’r cam o baratoi'r Strategaeth a Ffefrir hyd at y cam o fabwysiadu’r Strategaeth, gan gynnwys paratoi Asesiadau cysgodol, Asesiadau ffurfiol, ac unrhyw atodiadau angenrheidiol sy'n deillio o’r ymgynghori, newidiadau ffocws, ac archwiliad, gan sicrhau bod y cynllun yn parhau i gydymffurfio'n gyfreithiol ym mhob cam. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority (PCNPA) is preparing a replacement Local Development Plan 3 (LDP 3). The commission will provide an iterative HRA service supporting LDP3 from preparation of the Preferred Strategy through to adoption, including preparation of shadow HRAs, formal HRAs, and any necessary addenda arising from consultation, focussed changes, and examination, ensuring the plan remains legally compliant at each stage.
