Description:

This procurement is for the delivery, implementation and ongoing maintenance and support of a Commercial Off the Shelf (“COTS”) ITSM Toolset solution that meets the needs of the Authority only. The solution will be provided as a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) cloud offering to replace the existing in-house developed ServicePoint system. A further competition was undertaken utilising the National Procurement Services (“NPS”) Framework for IT Products and Services – Lot 3 for Licensing and Subscriptions (NPS-ICT-0094-19).
