Cyngor Gwynedd has recently commissioned a provider to provide holding difficult conversations training (following a successful pilot session) The aim of this training is to introduce our managers and team leaders to a range of practical techniques to support them in having meaningful and constructive conversations. The provider can deliver the training in Welsh and English (as requested by the Council).
