*****CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE***** Social Care Wales is seeking suitably experienced and qualified suppliers who can provide sessions on request across the framework term. Suppliers may be required to deliver sessions across one or more of the four topic areas outlined below. Collectively, these topic areas offer a comprehensive leadership development programme that strengthens compassionate leadership at personal, relational, team, and ethical levels: Topic 1 builds the personal foundation through self-awareness and emotional intelligence Topic 2 strengthens relational compassion through communication and safe conversations Topic 3 develops team-level compassion by enhancing culture and psychological safety Topic 4 supports ethical and moral compassion, helping leaders navigate complexity with humanity Please see RFQ for full details.
