Description:
The College wishes to appoint a contractor to provide the service of Fixed Installation and Periodic Testing. The appointment will be made for a duration of three years, and we expect to adhere to the following schedule; Summer 2015 Graig Campus, Llanelli and Pibwrlwyd Campus (North), Carmarthen. Work needs to commence as soon as possible after contract award approximately early July and completed by 19th August 2015. Please do not bid for this work if you are unable to commit to these dates Summer 2016 Ammanford Campus and Jobswell Campus, Carmarthen Work can commence from approximately the first week of July 2016 and be completed by the third week of August 2016 Summer 2017 Gelli Aur Campus and Farm, Llandeilo and Pibwrlwyd Campus (South), Carmarthen. Work can commence from approximately the first week of July 2017 and be completed by the third week of August 2017 The Electrical Contractor shall ensure that all tests are made in such a way as to minimise disturbance of the installation and inconvenience to the College. Reports and Certificates must be returned to the Estates Department within 28 days of completion of the testing / inspection. In addition to a full electrical test, the Electrical Contractor shall carry out an in-depth visual inspection of accessories and luminaries.
