We wish to commission the design and implementation of an evaluation of the entire Land of Song project, to establish the extent to which desired outcomes are being achieved, the success of the programme and to identify how the programme can be further developed. 8. Evaluation Requirements The evaluation will be based on the work of the nationwide delivery of the project. The purpose of this evaluation is to: • Identify evidence of the social, personal, educational, health and economic value of the project and singing generally • Contribute to learning that will inform future delivery and developments The evaluation of Land of Song must produce information about the impacts and successes of the project, aligned to the Aims and Objectives (see Appendix 1). The evaluation will capture information about incidental impacts, on-going delivery and the strategic fit of the project within the Welsh context. Wales Millennium Centre welcomes innovative approaches to capture the social, personal, community and economic impacts of the project The tender must include review meetings with the Land of Song project team. Structure of Proposal The proposal should include: • Background and experience of the applicant organisation and staff carrying out the evaluation • Your understanding of the aim of the evaluation and how you can meet the aims • A proposed programme of work, including methodologies and techniques and timetables for milestones • Contact details for two references • Any terms and conditions Contact Information Please submit the proposal in either Word of PDF format by 17:00 23/10/15 2015 to landofsong@wmc.org.uk
