Description:

The works include general repair and maintenance to the external and internal elements of tenanted domestic properties, sheltered schemes, shop premises, garages and public open spaces. This involves the renewal of soffits/fascia’s; repairs to brickwork/render; repairs and rebuilding of chimneys; external works including repairs to paths, shed roofs, fencing and other general repair and refurbishment work. Internal repair work includes general carpentry, plastering, plumbing and decorating. all repairs are to be completed within the target dates that are set in V2C’s Responsive Repairs policy (see Annex 8). It is anticipated that this contract will be to carry out work from the Non-Urgent Routine Repairs and Planned /Programmed Repairs categories.
