As part of a new customer focused strategy, the College requires a new CRM system to effectively manage College relationships and interactions with existing and potential customers. The system has to be ODBC compliant, accessible via windows PCs or via web-browsers, allow for workflows using workflow engine. Integrate with data from other central systems. Have reporting tool to allow power-users to design reports and dashboards. Integrate with Office software. Cover marketing requirements.
