Description:

Caia Park Partnership Ltd is a social enterprise operating from a series of community buildings in Wrexham. We are currently seeking capital funding to extend one building and remodel a second to provide new community facilities. We are seeking to engage a lead design professional to manage a multidisciplinary team to take us through some preparatory steps before progressing to RIBA 3 and on to completion. The commission is subject to approval of funding by two principal funders, with decisions likely in March 2017.
