We employ 625 staff and we wish to provide health care insurance policy cover for all our staff which would allow them to claim back money from a range of medical services. General Requirements - Essential • Option for employee to upgrade at their own cost • Dependent children included at no additional charge (up to 4 and up to age 24) • Option to enrol spouse or partner at employee’s cost • Company Health Report (regular provision of usage stats) • No Qualifying Periods • Pre-existing medical conditions to be covered • 100% Reimbursement Level • All administration of the scheme to be undertaken by the supplier
