Description:

Grwp Llandrillo Menai wish to appoint an Advisor to assist with the formulation and implementation of a plan to raise debt to cover its future funding needs. The Resources Committee of Grwp Llandrillo Menai has the responsibility to make such an appointment and it is intended that the Debt Structuring Advisor will be appointed for an initial period of approximately four months. It is anticipated that the successful appointee will be confirmed in January 2017 after the completion of a critical review of the Estates Strategy and resulting financial projections. The Advisor will provide a recommendation/report on the optimal placement structure and preferred funders by early summer 2017.
