Description:

The Gorwel Consortium intends to establish a Framework Agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) for the supply and fit of windows & doors which will cover both planned and reactive maintenance. The framework agreement will be for an initial 2 year period with the option to extend for two additional 12 month periods. The Gorwel Consortium consists of five individual housing associations operating in the South, West, East and Mid Wales regions.
