The Subcontract portion is to complete the groundworks package at Ellen Ridge Travellers Site.Should you wish to express any interest in carrying out works on the scheme please email; nathan.bird@kier.co.uk. In the e-mail please include the following information: In the subject box state 'Groundworks - Ellen Ridge Travellers Site.' List the company website (if applicable). Detail any similar works undertaken. List any works previously undertaken for Kier. Number of employees and confirmation all site operatives have relevant CSCS. Evidence of turnover exceeding GBP 5,000,000. Attach insurance certificates. Constructionline and Chas Information Following review of first stage information, should we feel that you are suitable to undertake the works we will arrange for an enquiry pack to be issued for your requested works package. PLEASE NOTE: To work for Kier Construction all subcontractors must first gain approval status on our approved vendor database. To achieve approved status there are a number of minimum requirements that must be met, these include: GBP 10,000,000 Minimum Public Liability Insurance GBP 10,000,000 Minimum Employers Liability Insurance GBP 5,000,000 Minimum Professional Indemnity Insurance (where applicable) Kier construction operate to their own minimum standards, please request a copy of these for review and demonstrate how you are able to achieve these.
