Title: Alterations and Refurbishment Works at Ruthin Town Hall
Short Decription: Ruthin Artisan Markets seeks a qualified contractor for demolition & access improvements at the Grade II Listed Ruthin Town Hall. The project aims to improve accessibility, safety, and public use. Works include removing the existing external ramp and a raised internal floor to allow level access. The project also includes restructuring toilet facilities to add a Changing Places facility, including internal demolition, drainage work, and new sanitaryware. A wall will be removed to create a link between the Town Hall and Market Hall, and new flooring will be installed. All work must comply with building regulations, DDA standards, and conservation rules. Contractors must follow health and safety regulations and hold relevant insurance and qualifications. Coordination with Ruthin Artisan Markets CIC and third party contractors is required.
