Circular Economy Fund Project Monitors

Description of the goods or services required

WRAP are administering the Circular Economy Fund grants programme on behalf of the Welsh Government. The aim of the fund is to provide capital investment to enable Welsh manufacturers to increase the amount of recycled material in their products. We require project monitors to collect data on completed grant projects from grant recipients and report this back to WRAP. Data to be collected includes information on tonnages of material used (and the verification of this), new jobs created/jobs safeguarded, increased turnover and cost savings.

Total quantity or scope of tender

Total expected value of the tender is £20-35k. There are 3 work packages included, one of which begins shortly and may not be allocated externally, dependent on timings and internal staff availability. The remaining 2 work packages are not anticipated to start until March 2021, however depending on demand, this may be sooner.
