Please note that this is a re-tender of the South East & Mid Wales & Civil Engineering Framework, which was a collaborative arrangement between 10 Local Authorities and was broken down into 11 lots by project value and region, and within scope was highway maintenance; construction; surfacing; and, surface preservation. This current framework is due to expire 31st December 2022 and future arrangements for this requirement are to be hosted by Cardiff Council.
It is anticipated that the tender for the appointment of contractors to the framework will be advertised as a contract notice in Autumn 2021.
Please note the Council offer no guarantee that the existing structure of the Framework will be the structure adopted for the proposed future framework.

The Authority anticipates to hold a virtual market day, whereby the proposed structure of the future Framework will be displayed and feedback from the market welcomed. Please submit Expressions of interest for the market day via Proactis Portal at https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/account/login - ERFX1007335 - South East & Mid Wales Civil Engineering Framework (SEWH) Further information will then be provided via Proactis. This expression of interest is for the market day only and no tender documents will be released at this stage.
It is expected that this webinar will take place Week commencing Monday 12 April 2021.
Invitations to the those that have expressed an interest will be issued a week prior to the webinar with the link to join the call contained within.
