Minimum standards and qualification required

Details of industrial buildings constructed under the JCT DB 2016 contract in the past two years.

Track record for achieving BREEAM accreditation, ideally Excellent although Very Good will suffice to demonstrate an understanding of the process.

Submission of business accounts for the past two years.

H&S and Environmental accreditations.
