The monitoring and replacement of units beyond economical repair is essential in ensuring that the units are operating correctly.

Engaging with the market, it has been determined that whilst there are some third party suppliers who could potentially provide this service, they are unlikely to be able to offer the same expert knowledge, or replacement of original equipment parts at a competitive cost required for an effective support contract at this point of time, due to the urgency of this requirement.
