Please note there will be an Online interview / presentation required as part of the tender evaluation. It is anticipated that these will be held between 19th to 30th July. Further details will follow.

Confirmation of Online Presentation / Interview Dates and Format
The Council has scheduled Thursday 15th and Friday 16th of July for bidder presentations. It is anticipated that these will last for approximately 1 hour and take the following format:
Presentation:
1, Introduction & overview of the potential supplier and the offer (10 minutes maximum)
2. Demonstration of the electronic process from receipt of request to delivery, showing how the process utilises on online portal which includes transfer and return of documents as well as analysis of cost centres (15 minutes maximum)
3. Present any perceived risks to meeting any area of the specification requirements and the identified mitigating actions (15 minutes Maximum)
4. Question and answer session relating to individual tender (20 minutes maximum)

Bidders will be informed of their actual time and date slot for the presentation after the tender deadline has passed.
