Digital software system capable of monitoring project benefits (Benefits Realisation) and social value through procurement activities The North Wales Economic Ambition Board (EAB) are considering commissioning a supplier to provide a digital software platform which may become an integral part of the EAB’s procurement process and must be capable of: • Target-setting / capturing / measuring and monitoring accrual of outputs, outcomes and benefits at portfolio, programme and project levels directly through EAB led activities and through that of its partners. • Target setting / capturing / measuring and monitoring supply chain and contractual social value directly through EAB led activities and through those of its partners. • Demonstrate the collective impact of the social value approach directly through EAB activities and through that of its partners.
