Coleg Cambria is seeking a building contractor to construct the new proposed development located at the Yale Campus, Wrexham. The proposal consists of demolition of the existing teaching block and replacement with a new building over four floors. The project is to remove older building stock on the junction of Chester Road and Powell Road and provide 4500m2 over four floors. The new build will be to complement the existing facilities on the Yale Campus and consist of a variety of teaching classrooms and studios, staff accommodation and support services. The building is located on a main roundabout on the Wrexham town inner ring road and presents an exciting opportunity to create a keynote building in a prominent location.
