appeals process on behalf of these organisations.

Bidders should note that they will be required to enter into NHS Wales terms and conditions as set out in the ITT and that save for matters
of clarification or consistency the Contracting Authority will not negotiate the terms.
It is difficult to estimate the value of the contract, for a variety of reasons including past appeals decisions. Bidders should note that the
values per Lot may vary considerably, as such the values provided are indicative and the accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
The Contracting Authority may not accept completed PQQ/ITT's after the stated closing date.
All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of the bidders.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the contract in whole, in part or annul the tendering process and
not award any contract.
All documents to be priced [where applicable] in sterling and all payments made in sterling.
In relation to Section II.1.9 above, variants will be accepted to the extent permitted in the tender documentation (if at all).
The term of any agreement will be 5 years with an option to extend up to 2 years at the discretion of the contracting authority.
We are aware that Welsh Government are currently in consultations regarding the 2023 Revaluation period and the revaluation period
and date of subsequent revaluation periods, therefore alterations may occur to the valuation dates within the documentation.
The tendering process may be undertaken in part via electronic means using the Bravo Solution e-tendering system.
The Contracting Authority is acting on behalf of itself, Local Health Boards and other NHS Trusts within Wales. Any NHS Wales bodies
constituted during the contract may also participate in the contract.
