Abstract
HCC require a statistician to analyse a data set investigating the effect of both season and lamb gender on the total amino acid composition of PGI Welsh Lamb.
Trial 3 – which ran throughout 2021 and into 2022 - investigated the impact of seasonality and lamb gender on lamb meat quality.
In total 144 chump samples were submitted for analysis. Data expected to be received includes total individual amino acid content of 18 essential amino acids as well as the total protein content.
HCC requires a supplier to provide statistical analysis of a data set to understand if levels of essential amino acids significantly differ between season or lamb gender.
