The Welsh Government Commercial & Delivery team, on behalf of the Welsh public sector, wishes to establish a collaborative framework agreement for the supply of Temporary Workers (including Supply Teachers).

Managed Service Provision for Corporate Temporary Workers. We are currently working with stakeholders to scope out the specific customer requirements in this area. As such, full details of the types of temporary workers that may be requested, and how this lot will be split (e.g. Vendor Neutral, Master Vendor, Hybrid solution, Talent Pool, etc.) will be included in the FTS Contract Notice. As part of the pre-tender market activities we will be providing further information to potential bidders on the customer requirements, to further communicate details on these requirements to suppliers.

This Framework is for the provision of Temporary Workers and Supply Teachers to the Welsh Public Sector.
Further information will be provided in the Contract Notice which is due to be published in November 2022, with a view to awarding the Framework in May 2023.
