Abstract

Restoration and replacement of existing stone portico to the front elevation the Caerphilly Miners Centre for the Community. Removal of existing surface finish to floor of portico and replacement with new. Making good where necessary. Provide new stainless steel and glass balustrade. Provide protection to walkway and entrance to the existing building during the course of the works.

Removal of existing surface finish to floor of portico and replacement with new. Making good where necessary.

Provide new stainless steel and glass balustrade.
