CCTV system for Cross Street / Waterside in Holyhead

Description of the goods or services required

This contract is to provide a CCTV surveillance system based at the Waterside housing complex, Cross Street in Holyhead.

The site requires CCTV surveillance cameras to cover communal entry and exit points within the estate.

The successful CCTV supplier will need to provide the cameras on a purchase basis and to include full installation & ongoing maintenance costs (ongoing maintenance costs can be on a spot purchase basis)

In addition to the above, the following specifications is required;

1. NVR must be held in a locked cabinet

2. All cameras to be ethernet connected

3. No unmanaged switches as part of the solution

4. Default usernames and passwords must be changed OR customer must have access to change on NVR and all cameras

5. NVR must support individual user accounts

6. NVR must have disk redundancy

7. NVR must not be connected to existing IOACC network by contractor. This will be arranged by IOACC.

8. All cabling works to be carried out by contractor appointed by IOACC not the CCYV contractor

9. Any network cabinet installations must be done in consultation with IOACCs IT Department
