Abstract

The Harbour Authority as part of its commitment to maintain and enhance an outstanding, sustainable environment; requires Bathymetric Surveys as part of its responsibilities towards public and investor confidence in and around Cardiff Bay. The Harbour Authority would like to obtain and the Supplier agrees to provide the Services in consideration of the Prices on the terms set out in this agreement. Therefore the authority is looking to appoint a suitable provider for the Services of Bathymetric Surveys.
