Dunbia are looking for quotes for AN Industrial microwave solution to temper frozen Lamb and Beef with capacity between 5.2 Tonnes to 6 Tonnes per hour.

The new equipment will need to meet all the latest Health and Safety (CE) requirements and will need to have full warranty on equipment and

structures as well as pre agreed guarantees on performance KPI’s & timelines which the supplier will be responsible for delivering as Dunbia cannot afford delays or interruptions to its supply chain.

SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Design and manufacture a unit to meet above requirements

2 Deliver unit to site, unload.

3 Install unit in designated area

4 Provide DUNBIA with utilities requirement list at least 6 weeks prior to installation

5 All electrical connections below DUNBIA distribution board are responsibility of Supplier

6 Dunbia will provide water and compressed air soppy to unit location

7 All water and compressed air connections within the designated area are responsibility od Supplier

8 DUNBIA will provide ventilation system for the designated area, Supplier to provide air exchange data

All items must be CE marked and BRC approved.
