The contract will cover planned preventative & statutory maintenance and inspection, remedial works, day to day breakdown call out repairs including repairs caused by vandalism / misuse, minor works and modifications together with a 24-hour 365 emergency response for entrapment.

The University is committed to ensuring that students and staff enjoy a positive and safe environment whilst on campus and we are looking for a maintenance provider who shares our commitment. Tenderers should have a proven track record in Lift Maintenance and able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the industry best practices as well as relevant regulations and standards.

the contract is communicated to bidders.
That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period,
