Velindre University NHS Trust requires emergency restoration and storage services due to flood damage incurred on medical records. This contract remains an emergency measure to ensure that the damaged records are stored securely and handled no more than necessary and to prevent further deterioration and have the ability to conduct the full restoration when instructed.
This is a short-term urgent requirement for 6 months for the continued freezer storage of records with the additional requirement to freeze vacuum dry, sanitise, inspect and undertake specialist cleaning for all the records.
