Cardiff and Vale University Health Board are looking to setup a consultancy contract for the below service: 1.Undertake a Condition Appraisal, including risk assessments where necessary as detailed in “Estatecode: Essential Guidance on Estates & Facilities Management” and "A Risk Based Methodology for Establishing and Managing Backlog". The following elements are needed: -Physical Condition -Statutory Health and Safety -Statutory Fire -Functional Suitability -Quality 2.Produce a 10-year programme of prioritised expenditure based on survey and risk assessment findings to reduce/eradicate backlog maintenance and bring risks down to a suitable level. 3.Life Cycle replacement costs and programme after year 10, going forward. 4.Undertake a detailed Occupancy and Space Utilisation study of all premises. 5.This commission will be governed by NEC4 form of contract. 6.The UHB reserve the right to exclude any element from the final commission.
