1. Mincing/Mixing Equipment.

One “Twin shaft mixer with live steam injection”.

With a working volume of 2000 Ltr, and a gross volume of 3800 Ltr.

2. Tray sealing and filling.

One tray denester with interchangeable parts to handle different tray sizes.

One tray conveyor to transport the trays from the denester to the tray sealer.

Two Automatic tray filling machines.

One tray sealing machine, complete with tooling to handle three sizes of trays.

3. Robotic automation

A robotic system to turn the packet up-side-down, lift the trays into a stainless steel pallet.

4. Autoclave cookers.

Two autoclave cookers to cook the products
