Abstract
Visit Wales tourism marketing team undertake ongoing business to business and business to consumer direct marketing activity wish to appoint a provider of outbound email marketing services to support its 2017-20 externally facing campaigns to promote visits from priority markets in England, Republic of Ireland, Germany and USA. A secure system supporting numerous mandatory fields supporting segmentation for high volumes across four teams with managed access permissions and single integrated billing is required. Fully editable mobile responsive templates for teams to manage and link lists to scheduled broadcasts with future integration of various website forms directly to datasets for automated sends. Data cleanse and integrity tests which meet all ruling Data protection is essential.
