Abstract

This contract formalises the continued delivery of the Whole School Approach to Emotional and Mental Well-being(WSAEMWB) across schools in Cardiff and Vale for the 2025–2026 funding period. Cardiff Council will appoint a skilled Implementation Lead to collaborate with schools and local education authorities, driving the embedding of theWSAEMWB framework.
