The aim of the Commissioner is to appoint a supplier to maintain the existing electronic information service and to develop it further as required.

Maintain the current system

Ensure the systems’ availability

Deal with any interruption to service

Develop the system in accordance with future requirements

Provide a means to recover the system in the event of a disaster
