Abstract

Micro-bioelectronics is a research field that takes advantage of the inherent properties of polymers and soft organic electronics for applications at the interface of biology and medical electronics. The analysis of these devices largely rely on micro-probing system with in situ quantum efficiency analysis ability such as current voltage (I/V), capacitance voltage (C/V), multiple electrode configurations (2, 3, 4 probe system) and micro probes loading and positioning. The equipment should allow for rapid highly sensitive simultaneous measurement of a I/V and C/V of semiconductor devices (transistors, diodes, capacitors etc.) over a wide dynamic range with high accuracy. We are seeking an instrument to be housed with a central quantum efficiency hub to provide rapid measurement of active and passive semiconductor, medical, healthcare and biological devices for determine levels of carrier mobilities, I/V and C/V characteristics. The equipment must allow for; simultaneous current and voltage (multi-electrodes) analysis, be integrated with a high-resolution optical microscope, auto micro positioning and probing system and be delivered prior to 31st of March 2023 and with a minimum warranty of 12 months.
