Suppliers/Contractors’ are required to submit a Community Benefits Plan/Method Statement as per the tender documentation. Community Benefits for this arrangement are non-core and as such the Community Benefit Plans submitted in the tender process will not be scored as part of the Council’s tender evaluation. However a response must be provided in order for the tender submission to be considered further.
