This lot is concerned with the recording (video and/or audio) of events that may take place both on and off-campus.

Frequently these will be keynote address or several addresses themed around a subject. The intention is to showcase the event itself as well as key guests and speakers where relevant. Producers may be required to collaborate with either in-house or 3rd-party A/V teams in order to successfully record these events.
