Cwestiynau | Questions
Q. Would a design and build approach by a single consultant team be acceptable, or would creation/install be subject to a further procurement?

A. The design and build approach by a single consultant team is acceptable.

Q. Do you anticipate any sites needing further permissions - e.g. scheduled monument?

A. The location of each installation will need to be assessed as part of the commission, and any appropriate permissions identified, we anticipate that there will be no further permissions other than planning permission needed (if at all)

Q. Rather than a site visit, do you think it might be possible to arrange a Zoom/Teams call to discuss the project?

A. Zoom / Teams calls are acceptable for client discussions and updates, however site visits would also be required due to the nature of the commission

Q. Can you please confirm if the deadline of end of May 2022 is for the full production and installation of all elements that will be determined by the review

A. The deadline is for the full production and installation of all elements so that interpretation is completed in time for the Summer 2022 season. However, if there are areas which are problematic in terms of timing, then a discussion can be had and revised timetable agreed – however we hope that this would only arise in exceptional circumstances.

C. A fyddai dull dylunio ac adeiladu gan un tîm ymgynghorol yn dderbyniol, neu a fyddai creu/gosod yn amodol ar gaffael pellach?

A. Mae'r dull dylunio ac adeiladu gan un tîm o ymgynghorwyr yn dderbyniol.

C. A ydych yn rhagweld unrhyw safleoedd sydd angen caniatâd pellach - e.e. heneb gofrestredig?

A. Bydd angen asesu lleoliad pob gosodiad fel rhan o’r comisiwn, a nodi unrhyw ganiatâd priodol, rydym yn rhagweld na fydd unrhyw ganiatâd pellach heblaw caniatâd cynllunio ei angen (os o gwbl).

C. Yn hytrach nag ymweliad safle, ydych chi'n meddwl y gallai fod yn bosibl trefnu galwad Zoom/Teams i drafod y prosiect?

A. Mae galwadau Zoom / Teams yn dderbyniol ar gyfer trafodaethau cleientiaid a diweddariadau, fodd bynnag byddai angen ymweliadau safle hefyd oherwydd natur y comisiwn

C. A allwch gadarnhau os gwelwch yn dda ai diwedd Mai 2022 yw'r dyddiad cwblhau ar gyfer cynhyrchu a gosod yn llawn yr holl elfennau a bennir gan yr adolygiad

A. Y dyddiad cwblhau yw i gynhyrchu a gosod yr holl elfennau yn llawn fel bod y dehongli wedi'i gwblhau mewn pryd ar gyfer tymor Haf 2022. Fodd bynnag, os oes meysydd sy'n peri problemau o ran amseru, yna gellir cael trafodaeth a chytuno ar amserlen ddiwygiedig - fodd bynnag gobeithiwn mai dim ond mewn amgylchiadau eithriadol y byddai hyn yn codi.

Cwestiynau | Questions
C. Gan gyfeirio at y gofyniad ymateb tendro i "Gadarnhau eich bod yn gallu bodloni gofynion y comisiwn o fewn yr amserlenni a nodir uchod" - a fyddech cystal â chadarnhau a fyddai tendrau sy'n awgrymu cynigion amserlen amgen yn cydymffurfio?

A. Yn anffodus, yr arian sydd ar gael sy'n pennu'r amserlen a amlinellir yn y briff. O'r herwydd, nid oes lle i wyro oddi wrth yr amserlen hon.

Q. With reference to the tender response requirement to "Confirm that you are able to meet the commission's requirements within the timescales set out above" - please could you confirm whether tenders that suggest alternative timescale proposals would be compliant?

A. Unfortunately, the timeframe outlined in the brief is dictated by the funding available. As such, there is no scope for deviation from this timeframe.
