Short description of nature and quantity or supplies or servicesThe North & Mid and South Wales Trunk Road Agents would like to establish a Training Framework to provide training for the Welsh Government Traffic Officer Service and Traffic Management Centre Control Room staff in North and South Wales. Organisations who are interested in finding out more about this opportunity can register to attend a ‘Meet the Buyer’ event. There will be two events, one each for North and South Wales and suppliers can attend either or both events. The events will provide an insight into the procurement process and the type of training required. There will also be an opportunity to visit the Control Rooms, observe the road network and meet Welsh Government Traffic Officer Service and Control Room Staff.
South Event: Wednesday 14th August 2013, 10.00-12.00 at: The Legacy Cardiff International Hotel, Merthyr Road, Tongwynlais, Cardiff, CF15 7LH.
North Event: Wednesday 21st August 2013, 10.00-12.00 at: Conwy Busines Centre, Junction Way, Llandudno Junction Conwy, LL31 9XX.
