This is anticipated to take place during negotiations with the Welsh Government and the Planning Authority in early 2015.
v) The University also wishes the selected financial advisor to be able to maximise the potential value of the University’s covenant and asset base, and additional work may be required in this respect. The potential value and contribution to the Project of all assets will be a key requirement of the appointment during the life of the Project up to the point that the Funding Model is realised.
It is expected that any agreement resulting from this tendering exercise will commence on 30th September 2014. This will initially run until the end of the phase 1 development as set out in the agreement between UWTSD and the Welsh Government, for the purchase of land at SA1.
